Infrastructure, the debut album from Stone Circle was recorded between early 2002 and mid-2003. The objective of the LP is to primarily for them to showcase their skills, get their name out, firmly cement their foundations in the hiphop scene, create opportunities for their many ambitions whilst building upon the experience – hence the album title.

The 17 track album features 15 songs plus an intro and outro. All the lyrics were written by their respective performers with the group collectively contributing to the choruses, intros, outros etc. Amongst the 15 tracks is a solo offering from each of the members - an opportunity for them to individually shine and showcase their own ideas.Stone Circle - "Infrastructure"

Many of the 15 tracks included are based around various concepts and ideas that engage and enthuse listeners in an edutaining manner. The uncommon absence of interludes/skits, or album fillers, is intentional as it was of great importance to Stone Circle that much of their debut album time is used to fully showcase themselves.

In an effort to illustrate their capability to fully hold forte little room was also left for guest appearances. The privilege was offered to four notable exceptions, namely the Karl Hinds (one of the groups favourite UK MC), Pique /PQ (former founding member), Ace (Da Essence/BBC 1Xtra presenter) and a talented upcoming MC named Illeagle Immigrant.

Much of the album was produced by Social Misfits frontman Sir Prestige whilst group member 9-Lives handled production for 5 cuts. The Silence, another hot producer to listen out for, stepped in and delivered 1 track.
